All ChildCareEd courses are approved by ECE-TRIS for early care and education training clock hours. This includes annual training clock hours for those who work in Family Child Care Homes, Type I Child Care Centers, and Type II Child Care Centers. Courses are also approved for annual training for directors, staff, and providers.

For a training to meet the early care and education clock hour training requirements for licensed, certified, and registered Early Care and Education providers, Kentucky All STARS, the Commonwealth Child Care Credential, and the Kentucky Early Care and Education Trainer’s Credential, the training must be conducted by a Kentucky Credentialed Trainer.
