ChildCareEd is an Approved Training Organization with the Aspire Registry. ChildCareEd courses are accepted by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) to fulfill annual training requirements for those who work in child day care centers, family day care homes, group family day care homes, and small day care centers. This includes staff, directors, group teachers, assistant teachers, owners, providers, caregivers, assistants, and substitutes. By verifying attendance in the Registry, our courses qualify for OCFS training credit. ChildCareEd is also an EIP Training Organization.

ChildCareEd approved courses can be found on the Aspire Registry. Users may purchase approved courses through the ChildCareEd website. For Registry credit, please add your Registry ID number to your ChildCareEd account. Attendance data will be uploaded weekly to the Registry. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for your completed course to appear on your Registry account.
Educational Incentive Program (EIP):
The Educational Incentive Program (EIP) is a scholarship program that helps child care providers pay for training and educational activities with the intent to build provider knowledge, skills, and competencies in order to improve the quality of child care. To be eligible for EIP, child care providers must be required to take training and must be caring for children in a program regulated by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (NYS OCFS) or the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH).
Scholarship funding to participate in these trainings may be available through the (Educational Incentive Program (EIP)). - Plus: Unlimited online training plus online CDA training courses
- Instructor-Led: Unlimited online training, plus all CDA online training courses, and one Virtual Class each month led by a trained Educational Specialist
