Description: Child Care Centers must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to ensure that children with #disabilities have equal access to their services. The ADA requires Child Care Centers to make reasonable accommodations for children with disabilities, such as providing ramps, grab bars, and accessible restroom facilities. Child Care Centers must also ensure that staff members are trained to work with children with disabilities and are aware of their rights under the #ADA.
