Maryland Child Care Teacher qualifications

Providers in Maryland looking to qualify as a childcare teacher must complete 90 hours of early childhood education coursework. These are 2 separate courses, 45 hours in child growth and development and 45 hours in curriculum in the age group the individual is seeking qualification. H&H Child Care Training Center offers all required training for Maryland providers. 

For those interested in online self-paced training, register for the following courses:

• 45-hour Growth and Development Birth-age 12 ONLINE and
• 45-Hour Infant and Toddler Curriculum or
• 45-Hour Preschool Curriculum or
• 45-Hour School Age Curriculum

For those who prefer instructor-led training, register for the following courses:

• 45 Hour Child Growth and Development and
• 45 Hour Infant and Toddler Methods and Materials or
• 45-Hour Preschool Methods and Materials or
• 45-Hour School Age Methods and Materials
