Required Skills, Education, and Experience
The following trainings are required45 hour Growth and Development Birth-age 12 ONLINE
45-Hour Infant and Toddler Curriculum
9 Hour Communication Course
Basic Health & Safety and Breastfeeding Awareness
Including All Children and the Americans with Disabilities Act
Supporting Breastfeeding Practices In Child Care
To qualify for this position, you must have:
45 Hours Infant and Toddler Curriculum;
45 Hours Child Growth and Development;
ADA Completed;
9 Hour Communication Course OR College course taken;
Breastfeeding Course;
Basic Health and Safety training.
At least 1 year experience working with infants/toddlers in a Licensed Child Care Setting.
Have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Have superior Lesson Planning skills.
Be energetic, engaging, and passionate about early childhood education and development.
Be able to easily build a professional relationship with parents and teammates.
Understand and accommodate the individual/differing needs of all children.
Take initiative, be driven and bring positivity to the classroom environment and within the Kids Villa community.
Experience:
Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Required)
Childcare: 1 year (Required)

45 Hours Child Growth and Development;
