Job Description:
• Responsible for overall management and supervision of children and implementing a
program of activities that promotes the social, emotional, and physical development of each
child.
• Ensures positive communication with parents daily.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Conducts weekly observations.
• Builds positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The following trainings are required
45 Hour Child Growth and Development
45 hour Growth and Development Birth-age 12 ONLINE
45-Hour Infant and Toddler Curriculum
45 Hour Infant and Toddler Methods and Materials
9 Hour Communication Course
Basic Health & Safety and Breastfeeding Awareness
Including All Children and the Americans with Disabilities Act

Qualifications
• 90 Hour Infant/Toddler, current in CDA Infant/Toddler, Early Childhood Education Degree
• 90 Hour Preschool, current in CDA Preschool, Early Childhood Education Degree
• One year of experience working with children in a licensed program
Including All Children & the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
9 Hour Communication
Basic Health and Safety
Supporting Breastfeeding in Child Care
