Course description:
Each person on this planet has their own temperament and ways of interacting with others; infants and toddlers are no different. Early childhood teachers need to understand the basics of temperament and how to appropriately interact with all children. By providing this personalized care and supervision, we can assure that the children in our care are safe and well provided for. This three hour training begins this conversation of identifying different temperaments and discussing ways teachers can interact with each child in their classroom to provide appropriate supervision and care.
