Georgia Teachers and Lead Caregivers are required to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. This Credential qualifies individuals to serve as a Teacher or Lead Caregivers. The CDA Credential training includes 120 hours of coursework including 10 hours in each of the eight CDA subject areas.
