Our Early Learning Center is looking for an experienced Director.
The Director will manage all aspects of the preschool program (children ages 2-4), including staff supervision, parent communication, child recruitment/enrollment/registration, curriculum development, safety protocols and budgeting.
This is a full-time salaried position (40hrs/week)with a very competitive set of benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS: This is a list of required/desired qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or a related subject.
Certified in First Aid and CPR
Masters Degree in Early Childhood or a related subject (Desirable, not required)
Technical Competencies Experience of working with children under 5
A minimum of 3 years experience operating a child care Center. Good oral and written communication, literacy and numeracy skills Demonstrate the ability to listen and coach other staff members
Ability to work as part of a team Promote a positive attitude to training.
