Course description:
In order to be an effective teacher for all children, early childhood educators should know the basics of developmental disabilities and conduct disorders that they may encounter within their classrooms. Knowing their common signs and symptoms can better aid educators in creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom adaptations. This course is designed to encourage teachers to see that all children have the ability to learn in every classroom, and to guide teachers on how to create these welcoming and inclusive environments.
